I am honored to be directing a significant art commission by the renowned artist D*Face for B Jones. The inspiration behind this project is a poignant journey of resilience and determination stemming from an incredibly challenging period in B Jones's life. Almost 15 years ago, she was in a difficult situation, fleeing with her baby to Madrid to escape an abusive relationship. Despite overwhelming odds, she bravely rebuilt her life, working multiple jobs to make ends meet.

The artwork captures this inspiring narrative, featuring a portrayal of a girl resembling B Jones with a text balloon proclaiming, 'Never stop chasing your dreams.' The use of halftones in Yellow and Red pays tribute to Spain, the backdrop to her transformative journey. The painting serves as a powerful reminder of the strength and determination within B Jones, an embodiment of the belief that no matter how challenging life can be, pursuing one's dreams is an unwavering and powerful force. This project beautifully encapsulates the triumph of the human spirit and the enduring pursuit of one's passions.
